As a former coffee addict who used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and another one in the afternoon as a picker-uper, I had an extremely challenging time weaning off of it. Once I got through the headaches, afternoon crash withdrawals, I found myself content with coffee alternatives such as Dandy Blend and Teeccino.

I was so excited to have an even better coffee alternative that has so many more health benefits and is pretty much even a meal in itself.
