HOW TO INCORPORATE SEED CYCLING?
You can add the seeds to smoothies, breakfast bowls, salads, soups, and my favorite is on top of an avocado. I prefer to grind them in a coffee grinder to create a powder.
HOW HAS SEED CYCLING HELPED ME?
Integrating seed cycling, with vaginal steaming, abdominal massage, herbal teas, a healthy diet, and movement has completely changed my relationship to my cycle.
I used to have very painful periods with monthly cramps, lower back pain, mood swings, headaches, and am so grateful to share that my cycles are now pain-free.
