Start your day with us on the pergola as we awaken to connect our body, mind, and soul with intention, breath, movement, meditation and sound ​in a loving, conscious community. 

Each Sunday Funday differs from working with Cacao, Beach/Ocean magic and mystery. We  change the theme monthly so we can can tune into our creative, healing powers in versatile styles and environments.
