What is a Yoni Steam Ritual?

We integrate movements, awareness of breath, an oracle card reading, essential oils and music with the medicine of the herbal steam. You will be provided a skirt to wear on the comfortable stool so nothing is exposed. Sacred Lotus Yoni Steam Herbs are available for purchase if you choose to continue this ritual in your home. This is a 90-minute experience for $120 or you can add on just a steam for $50 for a half hour experience.

What is a v-steam?
Vaginal steaming, also know as yoni steaming, is an ancient women's practice that helps to nurture the reproductive, circulatory, and nervous system. It is a practice of using a customized herbal blend which is placed underneath a steam stool with an opening. The gentle steam rises through the opening to make contact with the vulva and enters the vaginal canal and uterus, creating a relaxing, cleansing, and healing experience.
