Journey with Yoga Nidra

It was end of July 2016 when I got together with people in my LEI (Life Essentials Institute) training group. I was asked to lead a Yoga Nidra and collaborated with Susan who is a talented musician and master of the singing bowls. Together with my good friend Kor, a talented recording artist, we created this experience together.
Yoga Nidra is a suuuuper powerful technique to help induce a deep state of relaxation. Give it a shot and feel where it takes you!
