In this day and age of living with toxins in our food, air, and water, what is your exit plan to rid these toxins out of your body? In my 8-Week CHI Breakthrough Health Coaching Program with Diane Kazer, I was introduced to coffee enemas, the benefits, and the how-to do it yourself. Although I was at first terrified of the idea, I braved it out, purchased my kit, and gave it a shot.... a coffee shot....and I'm not gonna lie, my colon and liver loved it. As a former librarian, I am a huge advocate of researching information, especially when it is related to my health. My big question was, are they safe and what is the long-term effect? But because I have had first-hand experience and had only positive results, I would love to share more on that. In addition to drinking it, there are tons of other uses such as cleaning products, hair and skin care, salad dressings, and so much more! To make it even easier, I'll even do just ACV and lemon. This is part of my daily morning ritual. I've been drinking this after waking up and I feel like it's an instant cleanse. Give it a shot and share how it feels in your body! Want to try out other healthy recipes to get you feeling your best?As a former coffee addict who used to drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and another one in the afternoon as a picker-uper, I had an extremely challenging time weaning off of it. Once I got through the headaches, afternoon crash withdrawals, I found myself content with coffee alternatives such as Dandy Blend and Teeccino. So when I started my 8-week CHI Health Coaching Program with Diane Kazer, I was blown away by one of her recipes from the Warrior Cleanse e-Cookbook.
